The Ranks of the Earthspear Tribe

Chieftain - The undisputed leader of the Tribe. Being born of Earthspear blood, Huatar is the only one left alive that may officially lay claim to this responsibility. The position had previously been held by his father, Grimn Earthspear, and was lost for eight years following the Third War and the decimation of the Earthspear Tribe at the hands of the centaur. While Huatar Earthspear is the undisputed leader, others had taken up the task of leading the Earthspear Tribe during Huatar's brief period of exile.

The Chieftain is the guild leader. He runs the guild and all of its services with the help of the Council.

Chieftess - Since the days of Grimn Earthspear, only two had held this title. The first was Rhonoa Ironhoof, whom Huatar had taken as his mate not long after rescuing her from a brutal ambush. Although she was his mate, she was quiet at most times and refrained from engaging with the rest of the Tribe. After the Earthspear was brought back together, Huatar had taken Kinarra Whitehorn as his mate after Rhonoa had left him due to unknown reasons.

The Chieftess is the co-head of the Council, and as such the second-in-command of the Earthspear Tribe.

The Council (Rank 1) - The Council is composed of wise and capable leaders of the Earthspear Tribe. Although Grimn Earthspear held a council of his own, the concept of it had never been fully realized as Grimn had full leadership over the Earthspear Tribe. As Huatar realized that leading a Tribe would be difficult on his own, he sought to form the council on an official level.

The Council is composed of proven members from each class that a Tauren can be. They are the "legislative" branch of the Tribe which handles issues that the Chieftain can not.

High Seer - Priest
Grand Walker - Paladin
Arch druid - Druid
Elder Seer - Shaman

Advisors (Rank 2) - Members of the council oftentimes require help from those they know are capable of handling the tasks. The Lieutenants are those who are trusted with tertiary leadership, and are the links between the Council and the rest of the tribe's kin.

The Advisor rank is a lower-officer rank with some powers in the guild that would allow them to help the Council and the Chieftain/Chieftess to run the guild.

Spirit Guide - Shaman

Kin - The Kin compose the main body of the Earthspear Tribe. Those who have proven themselves to be "worthy" of the Tribe will always find themselves here with the option to move forward.

Initiates - Those who have begun their rites.

Riteseekers - Riteseekers are those who have joined the Tribe and are in their initial trial period. They are not yet fully considered members of the Tribe until they have completed their rites
